There is a news story circulating that an unauthorized troika of Mar-a-lago members are directing the management of the Department of Veteran Affairs in violation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.  As a veteran who served over ten years in the Air Force during the Korean conflict, I find it appalling that the decision making authority of the Department of Veteran Affairs with a budget of 199 billions dollars is being vested in a troika of county club members who never served a collective day in the military.  They have been given this authority not in Washington, or in the West Wing, or through an act of congressional approval but by the president’s cronyism to the locker room crowd at Mar-a-lago.  Is this the way to run the Department of Veteran Affairs?  Is the administration draining the swamp, or restocking it?  As a vet, I want professionals running the Department, not a troika of cronies.  If you want this crap to continue, don’t bother to vote.  But you can change this shit by voting in November, you owe it to all the vets who’s future and lives depend upon professional, effective management.  Just VOTE….
