We need to take immediate action to develop a paper ballot backup system and provide grants such that every State can implement that system to verify and certify the November federal level election outcomes. Primaries, conventions, and spending hundreds of millions dollars by candidates will mean nothing if the 2020 November election is corrupted beyond certification.
Let me explain. This general election is critical as it may lead to the end of our Constitutional Republic. For over 240 years our capitalistic republic has been the economic system that has permitted entrepreneurial Americans to become millionaires and billionaires achieving success, wealth and recognition, beyond one’s imagination. That may all change if we do not take measures to insure the November general election. Indications are that a plan is under way to corrupt the election to such an extent that the election results cannot be validated and certified. If indeed that is the case, it will not matter who are the challenging federal position candidates.
It is substantially easier to corrupt an election than to ‘rig’ an election for a specific person. For example, in a November 2019 Pennsylvania election, the democratic candidate received 164 votes out of 55,000 votes cast in over 100 precincts. The real vote was 26,142 for that candidate. In Iowa, Democratic Iowans are still trying to figure out the caucus outcome. These two election failures were field tests of “chaos hacking” techniques. The confusion and count upset clearly confirm the successful outcomes of disruptive action. These are only illustrative of the many available techniques for disruption that can be and will be used in November. The failure of the November election may be the ultimate solution for President Trump who has a great deal riding on his re-election to a second term. Mr. Trump, will declare the election invalid due to voting irregularities. Those irregularities will encompass voter roll errors, deletions, inoperative or defective voting machines, counting errors, etc. The election outcome most likely will be the result of several foreign countries engaging in chaos operational election day attacks. To maintain civil order after suspending the election results, Mr. Trump might just implement martial law. Under those conditions all incumbent elected persons will remain in their pre-election office positions pending a determination by the government and courts as to how to proceed.
Election day chaos is actually the primary objective of these hacking programs. Close and freeze the registration rolls 60 days prior to the election.
Create and assign a random SKU ID to each registered voter.
Provide each voter with a mailed short ballot containing only the presidential and congressional candidates. That short ballot is encoded with their SKU number. Notify each voter they must bring the completed SKU ID short ballot with them in order to sign in and vote. When they voted in person at their polling place they must complete and surrender their marked short ballot in addition to their normally voted ballot.
Each short ballot contains the random SKU ID number of the voter and their vote for President, Senate (if appropriate), and House Member. The short ballot will be used to verify the voter, ballot and vote of each registered voter. Normal voting devices will be used as in past elections, and the election results certified if the error rate is less than .001 of 1% between the regular ballot and the controlled short ballot.
